- Why can’t I order online?
Super Swivels are only available through our network of distributors therefore no online ordering is available.
- Where can I purchase Super Swivels?
You can email sales@superswivels.com and provide your telephone area code, city or state and we would be happy to suggest your closest distributor.
- Do you accept returns?
Every Super Swivel is assembled by order and returns are accepted on a limited basis. An RGA must be requested from sales@superswivels.com. We only accept returns from the original distributor, no end user returns are permitted, sorry.
- Do you offer free freight?
At this time, we do not.
- How long will it take to receive my Super Swivels?
Once an order is placed through a distributor it usually takes 2-3 days for us to assemble and ship the order for components that are in stock.
- Where are Super Swivels manufactured?
Super Swivels are proudly manufactured and assembled in Minneapolis, MN
- Do you offer catalogs?
Yes. You can request a free catalog from sales@superswivels.com or you can download a copy from our website here https://superswivels.com/catalog.html
- Are all of your swivels online?
No. We are able to offer 1000’s of options that you might not find in our catalog.
